He had that familiar grin on his face, and when he saw me walk in, he couldn’t resist a chuckle at my romantic expense. I felt my ears burning in embarrassment, but said nothing and went straight to the fridge. A beer was in order after a hard day’s work. Spotting the only wine bottle I currently owned open and half-empty, I assumed the assassin had felt the same way.

My companions had chosen the blue door. We noticed the ice, of course, but they feared even more what the red door, licked by flames, would lead to. Either door would be unpleasant, considering our choice of clothing and the fact that we’re simply human. The lesser of two evils was honestly unclear to me, though Elisabeth and Hawk did not hesitate to answer my question.

The apartment was dark except for one lamp light, which had been covered by a bed sheet. There were very few signs of struggling. I supposed if there were more, someone probably would’ve been alerted to the commotion and called the police.

I really, REALLY feel bad about dropping out of the Exchange tournament.

An apology to :iconmippins: for being a wonderful host and I couldn't deliver what she asked of me.

An apology to :iconeverlasting-dream: and :iconjust-nith: because I was unable to finish an opposing entry while they put so much effort into theirs.

An apology to :iconprofessorm: for riding your ass to write an entry when you were pressed for time, and then I pulled this.

I apologize to everyone else that I might've possibly faced in the future. There are many of you that I want to have the honor of facing some day, but that won't happen for a while now. I have to get my ass in gear and focus on the play and my homework right now, so writing's put aside for the moment.

I also had plans for NaNoWriMo, but those have long since gone down the drain.

Other updates:
Got an ear infection right now. Kinda sucks.
Fall show, Season's Greetings, is doing well despite illness.

Yeah, its nearing the end of the year so I figure everything is getting a little crazeh. Hopefully things will cool down soon so you have time to breath!

And don't worry about my entry, actually, take your time. Go to Canada and what not if you must! XD

....I'm a wee bit nervous on you reading it. XD I am not sure if I did your characters the justice they deserved. By the way, nobody died in it in case you were wondering.
